Dusk & Down sells comfort, rest and ritual products. They are not medical devices and make no medical claims. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a sleep disorder, snore heavily, or have any health concern, please consult a qualified clinician. We do not sell or recommend mouth taping.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we ship.

Returns & guarantee

Purchases are covered by our 30-Night Sleep-On-It Guarantee and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, text, images and designs on this site are owned by Dusk & Down and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dusk & Down is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Use products as directed on the packaging.
