Is the silk real?
Yes — 100% mulberry silk at 22 momme. We state the momme count because that's how you tell real silk from satin pretending to be silk.
How do I care for it?
Hand wash cool or use a silk cycle, then lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat. Your pieces are built to last years, not nights.
Will the weighted mask hurt my eyes?
No. The mask is contoured so it rests on your brow and cheekbones, with cupped space over the eyes — you can blink freely and there's no pressure on your eyes or lashes.
Is mouth taping involved?
No. We don't sell or recommend mouth tape. The evidence doesn't support it for most people and it carries real safety risks. We anchor on things that are both safe and supported — like complete darkness.
Do scents bother sensitive sleepers?
We offer fragrance-free options on our mists for sensitive sleepers. Our scented blends use real essential-oil notes rather than heavy synthetic fragrance.
