The 30-Night Sleep-On-It Guarantee
Good sleep takes more than one night to judge. So try your Dusk & Down pieces for 30 nights. If they don't help you rest, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund or a replacement.
How it works
- Email hello@duskanddown.com with your order number and a quick note on what didn't work.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
Hygiene items
For used masks, sprays, mists, steamers and other personal-care items, we usually don't ask you to ship anything back. We'll simply refund or replace it — it's cleaner for everyone and the planet.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to hello@duskanddown.com within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
The fine print
The 30-night window runs from your delivery date. Final-sale and gift-card purchases are excluded. This guarantee covers comfort and satisfaction; it isn't a medical claim. Dusk & Down products are comfort and ritual products, not medical devices.
